At the year-end appreciation dinner the chairman thanked the team, reviewed a strong year and laid out a renewed direction for the year ahead.
Xiangrong wrapped up the year with our annual Staff Appreciation Night, themed "A New Chapter — Give Me 5". In his address the chairman reflected on a strong year — new product launches, expanded distribution at home and abroad, and renewed investment in smart manufacturing — and thanked every colleague who made it possible.
Awards were presented for employee of the year, best team and best newcomer, and the evening continued with performances and raffles. The year ahead will focus on three priorities: product upgrades, deeper international markets and the next phase of smart manufacturing.
